Luton Borough Council wanted to develop a series of lamp post posters, pointing out the illegality and consequences of drug driving, to be placed in local gathering points for drug-taking. To ensure the message resonated with the target audience we used a style derived from modern animation and borrowed the visual language of drug-taking to help present a witty play on words.
